摘要
运用《身体自我描述问卷》对680名大学体育选项课学生的身体自我描述进行调查。结果表明,身体自我描述11个维度中,自尊维度偏高,身体肥胖次之,体育活动与力量维度不及格;运动项目的身体自我描述中,篮球项目的得分最高,其次为散打,它们可作为学校体育课开设的理想项目;身体自我描述的项目差异明显。
Adopting Physical Self-Description Questionnaire (PSDQ), 680 college students wno selected sports classes were investigated and it was shown that in the eleven factors investigated revealed that the students had high self-esteem. The students were not good in strength and sports activities. Basketball and Sansbou were most favored by the students.
