摘要
运用文献资料、问卷调查等研究方法,对体育院校教师的知识共享现状进行研究。结果表明:年长、教龄长、职称高的体院教师有着更积极的知识共享意愿,同时他们也具有更强的知识共享能力;女教师倾向于通过形象直观的方式分享教学知识,行为示范类的知识共享方式更适合术科教师的专业特点。
With adoption of literature study and questionnaire, the authors analyzed the knowledge sharing of teachers in institutes of P. E. It was found that the elder teachers, the teachers with longer teaching, or with higher academic titles were more willing to share knowledge and were more able to share knowledge with others. Female teachers liked to share teaching through intuitive imagery. Demonstrative knowledge sharing was more suitable for the P.E. teachers.
