尿道外口及舟状窝尖锐湿疣治疗的体会

Cinical effect of high frequency electrocautery combined with IFN on condyloma acuminatum

目的探讨尿道外口尖锐湿疣治疗的有效方法。方法用电刀去除尿道口疣体，局部注射干扰素治疗男性尖锐湿疣患者68例。结果经8～12个月观察，所有病例无并发症。41例（60．29％）1次性治愈，22例（32．35％）经2次治愈。结论电刀去除疣体联合干扰素局部注射治疗男性尿道口尖锐湿疣简便，经济，疗效确切。

Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of high frequency electrocautery combined with IFN on condyloma acuminatum in meatus urinarius and scaphoid fossa. Method 68 patients with condyloma acuminatum in meatus urinarius and scaphoid fossa were treated by electrocautery and local injection with IFN. Result There was no complication observed in all patients after a followed up for 8-12 months. 41 cases （60. 29%） were cured with one course of treatment and the rest of them （32.35%） with two courses of treatment. Conclusion It is valuable and acceptable to treat condyloma acuminatum with high frequency electrocautery combined with IFN.
