微创逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折

Treatment for fractures of femur condyle with small incision and retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail

目的总结临床应用微创逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折的经验。方法自髌韧带内侧纵形小切口经股骨髁间窝前方插钉行逆行交锁髓内钉内固定治疗股骨髁上骨折38例。结果平均随访16个月,38例股骨髁上骨折全部骨性愈合,骨折愈合的时间平均11周;根据Merchan等膝关节功能评分标准进行疗效评定,结果优30例,良6例,可2例,优良率为94%。结论微创逆行交锁髓内钉治疗股骨髁上骨折更利于骨折的愈合和膝关节功能的恢复。

Objective To summarize the experience of treatment for fractures of femur condyle with small incision and retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail in the clinical. Methods 38 with fractures of femur condyle were treated with retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail fixation and with small microtubule cut from the wall of patellar liga- ment. Results With an average 16 months fellow-up, thirty eight fractures healed and mean union was 11 weeks. Ac- cording to the evaluation standard of knee function, 30 cases were excellent, 6cases were good and 2 cases were general. Conclusion Treatment for fractures of femur condyle with small incision and retrograde intramedullary interlocking nail is profitable of fractures union and recovery of knee function.
