摘要
对含有初始裂纹的压力容器进行剩余寿命分析是一项重要的工作。针对压力容器结构参数、材料参数、缺陷尺寸等同时含有概率参变量和非概率参变量的实际情况,提出用疲劳寿命分析的概率和非概率混合模型进行分析,得到一定置信度下裂纹扩展剩余寿命的下限值,从而对部分变量统计数据不足的问题做出偏于保守的寿命估计。结合某型舰用含裂纹锅炉联箱,进行了实例分析,得到了置信度0.9下裂纹扩展剩余寿命的下限值,验证了该方法的工程适用性。
The remainder fife analysis of defective pressure vessel is an important work. Seeing that probabilistic and non -probabilistic parameters exist together in many cases, the mixed model for fatigue life analysis was proposed as to solve such problems. The estimated value of the lower limit of fatigue lifetime could be gotten when the confidence level was given, so the conservative assessment can be made when part of the parameters is lack of statistical data. Combined with the theory of fatigue crack growth, the lower limit of remainder life of a naval boiler header under confidence level of 0.9 was calculated. The applicability of this method in engineering was verified through an actual engineering case.
