摘要
运用ANSYS软件的接触分析功能,采用二维轴对称模型,对金属椭圆环垫(0Cr18N i9)的压缩回弹特性进行了有限元数值计算,通过对计算结果的回归分析得到了室温和高温下垫片的压缩回弹特性方程。对R31椭圆环垫进行了室温压缩回弹性能试验。试验数据与有限元模拟结果较为吻合。
By Using ANSYS contact analysis function and 2D axisymmetric model , the compression - resilience performances of the oval ring- joint gasket(0Cr18Ni9) were investigated by numerical simulation. The equations characterizing the compression - resilience performances of the oval ring both at the room and the elevated temperatures were obtained by the regression analysis of the numerical simulation results. Some tests of R31 oval rings were also carried out. The experimental data are in good agreement with those obtained by numerical simulation.
