摘要
通过对甲胺反应器的失效分析,发现其主要失效原因是设备筒体内表面渗氮致使材料脆化,并提出相应的改造方案,对甲胺反应器的设计选材及操作使用有一定的借鉴作用。
Failures of methylamine reactor were analyzed. The main causes for failures of methylamine reactor were nitridation of the inner surface of the body. It provided a certain degree of reference for design and operational of methylamine reactor.
