摘要
打破从总量上进行分析的常规,运用相对成熟的计量经济方法分析人力资本结构对产业结构的影响,提出了人力资本结构与产业结构之间互相影响互相作用的新思路,从实证的角度说明各产业人力资本对经济增长的不同效度。
This thesis breaks through the routine of aggregate analyzing , while exert relative mature econometric methods to analyze human capital affects industrial structure, propose new idea of interaction between human capital and industrial structure, clarify validity of various industrial human structure on economic growth from angle of demonstration.
