摘要
以2004—2007年在我国中小企业板块上市的公司为研究对象,对高层管理团队知识结构特征与企业成长性关系进行了实证检验。研究结果表明:高管团队教育水平对企业成长性有积极的显著影响,而高管团队科学工程专业背景和知识结构异质性则对企业成长性有消极的显著影响。为进一步从高管团队角度研究企业成长性提供了一定的参考依据。
We used 2004 - 2007 annual reports of the listed companies from the board for small and medium - sized enterprises in China to examine the relationship between characteristics of top management team (TMT) and firm growth. Findings indicated: On the one hand, the educational lever of TMT had significantly positive influence on firm growth. On the other hand, the background of science and engineering of TMT and the heterogeneity of knowledge framework of TMT had significantly negative influence on finn growth. This study provided some reference gist for the deeper research to finn growth from the point of TMT.
