摘要 目的:探讨坚韧人格对护士工作压力与工作满意度的中介作用。方法:采用坚韧人格量表、护士工作压力源量表和工作满意度量表对675名护士进行调查。结果:①护士的工作压力程度呈中间水平;②工作压力与工作满意度呈显著负相关(r=-0.284,<0.01);坚韧人格与工作满意度呈显著正相关(r=0.412,<0.01);③坚韧人格对护士工作压力和工作满意度起部分中介作用。结论:护士工作压力、工作满意度和坚韧人格三者密切相关;坚韧人格对工作压力和工作满意度有部分中介作用。 Objective:To explore mediation effects of hardiness on relationship between work stress and job satisfaction of nurses.Methods:675 nurses were asked to complete the Hardiness scale,Work pressure source scale of nurse and Job satisfaction scale.Results:①The work pressure of nurses sets in the middle of the scale.②work stress were negatively correlated with job satisfaction( r=0.284, P〈0.01);hardiness were positively correlated with job satisfaction( r=0.412, P〈0.01).③Hardiness has some mediation effects on work stress and job satisfaction. Conclusion:Work stress,job satisfaction and hardiness is closely related.Hardiness has some mediation effects on work stress and job satisfaction.
