塞克硝唑泡腾片的制备与质量控制

Preparation and quanity control of Vaginal efferescenet tablets

目的设计抗真菌药物塞克硝唑阴道泡腾片的处方和制备工艺建立制剂含量的测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法测定塞克硝唑的含量。结果泡腾片中其它成分不干扰测定,平均回收率100.8%,RSD 0.58%。结论制剂稳定含量测定方法简便,灵敏、准确、重现性好。

OBJECTIVE To design formule and technology for the preparation of Secondazole content determination of the preparation. METHEDS The content of secondazole in Vaqinal effervescent tablets was assaged by UV spectrophotometry. RESULTS Other Compounts of the viginal effervescent tablets did not interfere with the detemination of viginal effervescent tablets. The average rats of recovery of viginal effervescent tablets was 100.8 % the RSD being 0.58 % （n = 9）. CONDUSION The preparation is stable the method of defermination of secondazole vaginal effervescent tablets is simple sensitive and accurate with a good reproducinility.
