红芎灌肠液的薄层色谱鉴别

Identification of Hongxiong Enema by TLC

目的建立红芎灌肠液的薄层色谱鉴别方法。方法采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对处方中的金银花、制元胡进行定性鉴别。结果在TLC图谱中可检测出金银花、制元胡的特征斑点。结论所建方法可行,重现性好,专属性强,对所选药物金银花、制元胡的分析方法可靠、阴性对照无干扰,可用于红芎灌肠液的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for the identification of Hongxiong Enema by TLC. METHODS Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Rhizoma Corydalis were be identified by TLC. RESULTS The character speckle of Flos Lonicerae Japonicae and Rhizoma Corydalis can be found in TLC atlas. CONCLUSION The method is reliable, repeatability and selective, non-interference with negative control. It can be used to the quality control of Hongxiong Enema.
