摘要
目的探讨番茄红素对高龄维持性血液透析患者(MHD)对微炎症和氧化应激状态的影响。方法选择高龄(≥70岁)MHD患者30例,随机分为实验和对照两组。实验组给予番茄红素治疗8周,治疗前后分别检测血中C反应蛋白(CRP)、白细胞介素-1β(IL-1β)、白细胞介素-6(IL-6)、白介素-10(IL-10)、肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)、血清白蛋白(Alb)、血清铁蛋白(SF)、脂质过氧化物丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物岐化酶(SOD)、谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GPx)水平。结果实验组治疗后的IL-1βI、L-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CRP、MDA、GPx、SOD水平与治疗前有显著性差异(P<0.05),而治疗后的Alb、SF与治疗前比较无显著性差异(P>0.05);对照组各指标的前后比较无显著性差异(P>0.05)。实验组IL-1β、IL-6、IL-10、TNF-α、CRP、SOD水平的差值显著大于对照组的差值(P<0.05),而MDA、GPx、SF、Alb的差值无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论高龄MHD患者存在微炎症和氧化应激状态,番茄红素可减轻这种微炎症状态和氧化应激状态。
OBJECTIVE To observe effects of lycopene on microinflammatory and oxidative stress in great age maintenance hemodialysis patients (MHD).METHODS 30 MHD patients were randomly divided into two groups: blank group(n = 15) and treatment group(n = 15). In treatment group, the patients were given lycopene, 2^# oral, twice a day for eight weeks. Their serum ferritin(SF), IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, MDA, GSH-Px, SOD, Alb and CRP were measured at pre-and post-treatment. RESULTS Compared with the pre-treatment, the levels of serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, MDA, GSH-Px, SOD, and CRP in both groups elevated markedly( P 〈 0.01 or 〈0.05).but the diference value of serum IL-1β, IL-6, IL-10, TNF-α, CRP and SOD in treatment group was more than those in blank group (P 〈 0.05). CONCLUSION There are mircoinflammation and oxidative stress in great age MHD patients, which could be alleviated by lycopene.
