摘要
当前,高校人才流动领域存在诸多非理性问题。具体表现为人才观、地域选择、个人价值认知、社会评价的非理性。非理性问题是当前高校人才无序流动的重要原因,造成人才市场的混乱,国家高教格局的失衡以及地区间经济差距的加大。因此,必须建立有效的管理体制,促进高校人才流动的理性化。
At present, there are many irrational human resources mobility problems in colleges and universities. They are concretely embodied in the concept of talent, geographical choice, personal values, irrationality of social evaluation. Irrational problems are the causes of disordered turnover of personnel in colleges and universities, which causes the talent market confusion, the imbalance of state higher education patterns, enlargement of economic gap between regions. Therefore, we must establish an effective management system to promote the rational flow of college talent.
