摘要
针对传统的转向拉杆台架疲劳试验,或者根据设计载荷来制定试验方案,或者对实测载荷根据设置经验门限值进行试探性的编辑,即对载荷历程进行线性强化或小幅值删除,如此来实现加速疲劳试验,显然获得的结果可信度较差。通过对采集到的真实载荷谱进行基于疲劳损伤的编辑浓缩,对小幅值循环的载荷进行可控过滤,达到了定量加速零部件疲劳试验的目的,获得更为可信和可靠的加速试验结果。
During the traditional fatigue testing of steering link, it is a common practice to set up the testing scheme using the design load, and another way to set the experiential threshold to edit the loading history by trialand-error (to magnify the loading history linearly or to delete small loading ). In such way to implement accelerated fatigue testing, the results obtained will be of lower reliability. Based on the fatigue damage evaluation, editing and compressing of the real recorded loading history was performed and controllable filtrating of the small loading cycles was made to achieve the purpose of accelerating the fatigue testing quantitatively and getting more reliable and creditable results.
