摘要 负压的精确控制在烧结生产中有重要意义,针对烧结过程中存在的时滞和大超调问题,设计了一个基于C8051F410单片机的负压在线监控系统。采用带死区的积分分离PI控制算法,并用Smith预估器补偿纯滞后环节。仿真及实际运行结果表明,该系统响应速度快,控制精度高,具有较强实用价值。 Precise control of negative pressure is of great significance in the agglomerative production. Aiming at time-delay and large overcontrol problem, the paper designs a pressure online monitoring and control system based on C8051F410 MicroController Unit. The system adopts integral separate PI control with dead zone, as well as the Smith predictor which is used for delay compensation. Simulation and actual operating results show that the system has fast response, high precision. It has a strong practical value.
