摘要
介绍了针对康明斯6BT5.9型柴油发动机机体侧壁产生的低频振动信号的数据采集系统,该系统综合运用了RS232串行通信技术、单片机技术以及数据采集技术,整个设计由振动传感器、数据采集板、PC机应用程序3部分组成。实验表明该系统具有稳定、可靠、实时、性价比高等优点。
The low frequency vibration signal produced by Cummins 6BT5.9 diesel engine block sidewall collection system is introduced. The system is developed on the basis of the integrated use of RS232 serial communication technology, the single-chip microcomputer technology as well as the data acquisition technology. The design of system is composed of three parts: vibration sensor, data acquisition board and PC application program. The experiment shows that the system has the advantages of stableness, reliableness, real-time, high performance-cost, etc.
