摘要
在市场经济条件下,企业竞争日趋激烈,产品日趋同质,企业要想发展必须从单纯的市场开拓扩大到产品的产、销、存等一系列领域优化即物流管理优化方面,而对于中小企业而言,由于规模有限、资金有限、产品研发能力有限,因而在物流管理优化方面显得就更为迫切,只有加强物流管理、完善物流流程、降低物流费用、提高物流效率、加强物流服务才能使自身在激烈的竞争中占据一席之地。
In current market economy, inter-enterprise competition is becoming ever hot, and services provided by various enterprises are becoming more and more similar, enterprises has to promote production, sales, and storage etc aspects, which is logistics management promotion, instead of pure market exploration to achieve an outstanding development. While, shortage of large scale, fund, and strong development capability, it is hard for small and medium sized enterprises to do what we said above. Therefore, logistics management promotion or optimizing becomes extremely urgent. Only through strengthening logistics management, promoting logistics procedures, lowering logistics cost, improving logistics efficiency, and providing better logistics services, then small and medium sized enterprises can win in the strong market competition.
