摘要
区域物流需求的分析是区域物流规划制定的决定性影响因素,由于当前的理论和实践多偏重于具体预测方法的研究与应用,而对于需求指标体系的建立尚无系统描述。为保证需求指标的科学性和完整性,应从规模指标、速度指标、弹性指标、强度指标、能力指标来共同表征物流需求;为了保证需求指标的可操作性和易操作性,选取物流设施用地规模及物流设施投资额作为与需求指标相对应的物流要素供给控制指标。
The analysis on regional logistics detnand is a decisive factor for regional logisties planning. Current theory and practice emphasis more on specific research and application of forecasting methods, There is little systematic description on logistics demand indicator. To insure the science and integrity of the, demand indicator system, scale indicators, speed indicators, flexibility indicators, strength indicators, the ability of indicators should all be adopted. In order to control the supply of logistics factor, the size of land for logistics facilities and logistics infrastructure investment should he selected as indicators corresponding to the demand.
