摘要
从分析现代物流企业知识、知识管理的特点出发,指出了现代物流企业在知识管理过程中存在的主要问题,并从培训、绩效评价、文化氛围三个方面提出了改进建议。
The main problems were pointed out in the process of knowledge management by analyzed the knowledge and the characters of knowledge management of modern logistics enterprises and the improvement suggestions were proposed from 3 aspects of training, performance evaluation; and cultural atmosphere.
