Based on this opinion, the reasons of business process inefficiency are analyzed, including the inside and outside environment, the elements and structure of business process. It is important to discriminate the causes of business process inefficiency because it can avoid technical mode limitation which is caused by business process analysis tools. The methods about how to change business process shouldn＇t be emphasized too much.
