摘要
以苯酚和硫酸为原料,用氢氧化钠盐析法合成4,4′-二羟基二苯砜,经正交实验确定了较佳的工艺条件:反应温度为190℃,反应时间为3.5h,原料配比为1∶2.5,碱性pH值为8,酸性pH值为4,实验结果表明,该工艺流程简单,对环境污染小,4,4′-二羟基二苯砜含量>97%。
4,4 dihydroxydiphenyl sulfone is synthesized from the reaction of phenyl hydroxide with sulfuric acid by means of NaOH salting out method. Optimum conditions were determined via orthogonal test. At 190癈, the product is obtained with a concentration of 97% and yield of 60% in 3.5 hr.
