摘要
石煤中加入石灰和适量的添加剂焙烧,焙砂用NH4HCO3和NaHCO3溶液浸出,浸出液经离子交换树脂吸附,可制得纯度达到国标99级以上的V2O5。在焙烧过程中解决了传统钠化焙烧的废气污染问题,经交换吸附后的废水可直接回用于浸出,不影响浸出率和产品质量。
