摘要
研究了不同含镍量的低合金钢在青岛和江津的大气腐蚀,结果表明,含镍量2.68%的合金钢在含硫、氯的环境下都有较好的抗腐蚀性能,抵抗氯对钢材侵蚀的效果比抵抗硫对钢材侵蚀的效果更显著。对锈层的X射线衍射定量相分析表明,含镍量2.68%的合金钢在青岛暴露24个月的锈层中的δ-FeOOH和α-FeOOH更多,β-FeOOH少,说明含镍钢在含氯的环境下更易形成致密锈层,阻碍Cl^-的渗透。
Effect of Ni content on atmospheric corrosion in the regions of Qingdao and jiangjin for low alloy steels was investigated. The results show that the steel with 2. 68% Ni exhibited better corrosion resistance under the conditions with S and/or C- , the resistance to Cl- corrosion was better than that to S corrosion. The XRD analyses show that there were more δ-FeOOH and α-FeOOH and less β-FeOOH in the rust of the steel with 2. 68% Ni than that of the carbon steel exposed for 24 months , indicating that the rust layer for the steel with 2. 68% Ni was denser in the atmosphere with Cl- and could impede the permeating of Cl-.
