Scaling and Corrosion Reason Analysis of a Heating Furnace Air Pre-heater

空气预热器是加热炉出口烟气的换热设备,用于回收烟气热量,提高炉效率。由于烟气中含有水蒸气、硫、氮等腐蚀性物质,造成换热器腐蚀及结垢。分析了本单位预热器腐蚀及结垢的原因及解决方法,提出了预防措施。

The air pre-heater is the heat exchange equipment of heating furnace, used to recycle the flue gas heat and enhance the furnace efficiency. The flue gas containing water vapor, sulfur and nitrogen could cause the corrosion and scaling of the heat exchanger. The corrosion and scaling reasons of the pre-heater are analyzed, and several preventive measures are proposed.
