摘要 讨论了硬铝(LY12)在不同条件下磷化过程中腐蚀电位和电流的变化,即磷化膜的生长过程。结果表明硬铝在磷化过程中腐蚀电位、电流的变化与防锈铝的有明显区别,特别在开始阶段,腐蚀电位和电流急降。此外,还着重讨论了腐蚀剂(F^-)含量对磷化膜重的影响。 This article discusses the changes of corrosion potential and current for phosphating process of hard aluminium (LY12) in different conditions, namely, the growing process of phosphate coating. The results indicated that the corrosion potential (current) change of hard aluminium in phosphating process were obviously different from that of antirust aluminium (LF12), particularly in the initial stage, corrosion potential and current suddenly dropped. In addition, the effect of corrosion agent (F-) on phosphate coating is emphatically is discussed in this article.
