摘要
通过测定平榛(Corylus heterphylla)在水分胁迫下脯氨酸含量(Pro)、丙二醛含量(MDA)、相对电导率、叶绿素总含量及SOD活性5项生理指标,综合评价平榛的抗旱性。结果表明,随着水分胁迫天数的增加,平榛的脯氨酸含量显著升高;丙二醛含量、相对电导率呈缓慢上升趋势,细胞膜透性增大;叶绿素总含量略上升后下降;SOD活性变化比较复杂,但总体趋势为先上升后下降。综合分析表明,平榛对干旱环境具有较强的适应性。
The drought-resistance of Corylus heterphylla was evaluated comprehensively by measuring five physiological in- dices under water stress including proline content(Pro),malondialdehyde content (MDA), relative conductivity, total chlorophyll content and SOD activity. The results showed that with the increase of water stress period, the proline content in Corylus heterphylla was increased significantly; MDA content and relative conductivity increased slowly; cell membrane permeability increased; the total chlorophyll content increased first and then decreased slightly; the change of SOD activity was much complicated, but the overall trend declined after rising in the beginning. Comprehensive analysis indicated that Corylus heterphylla has strong adaptability in drought conditions.
