摘要
研究了河北衡水湖湿地芦苇、长苞香蒲、水葱的根际与非根际土壤中,主要微生物类群的数量分布。结果表明,异养细菌是湿地土壤中的主要微生物。在三种植物的根际中,各类微生物的数量均比非根际中多,说明微生物的根际效应明显。植物的根际效应对微生物影响的程度为,异养细菌>硝酸细菌>亚硝酸细菌>好氧性纤维素分解菌>反硝化细菌>放线菌>真菌。
The major ecological distribution of micro-organisms in non-rhizosphere and rhizosphere soil of reed, Typha and Scirpus were studied in this paper. The results showed that Heterotrophic bacteria were the major soil micro-organisms in wetland. The more types of micro-organisms in the rhizosphere soil of three plants compared with those in the soil of nonrhizosphere indicated that the rhizosphere effect on micro-organism was significantly. The effect was as followed: heterotrophic bacteria〉nitric acid bacteria〉nitrous acid bacteria〉cellulose decomposing bacteria〉denitrifying baeteria〉actinomvces〉fungi.
