摘要
以鼠李糖乳杆菌(Lactobacillus rhamnosus)为出发菌株,经紫外线、氯化锂复合诱变处理,再用溴甲酚紫平板及摇瓶复筛得到一株高产L-乳酸的正向突变株L3,平均发酵产量为58.65 g/L,比原菌株产量提高60.77%。
In order to obtain a industrial strain with higher L-lactic acid yield, the original strain Lactobacillus rhamnosus was mutated by means of compound mutagenesis(UV and LiCl) and selected by bromocresol purple plate. The selected strain was studied by fermentation in shake flask. Then, a mutation strain L3 with a higher L-lactic acid production of 58.65g/L was obtained, L-lactic acid was enhanced by 60.77% compared with that of original strain.
