摘要
试验采用206最优回归设计方案,研究了不同烘烤变黄温度和相对湿度对烤烟中部叶芸香甙含量的变化规律。结果表明,在试验温度和相对湿度范围内,随着温度的升高,芸香甙含量呈现先降后升的趋势,相对湿度对芸香甙的影响则与温度相反,中温及高湿有利于芸香甙含量的增加。
With the best regression design of two factors, the influence of temperature and relative humidity on rutin in the middle leaf of flue-cured tobacco was studied. The result showed that under the test temperature and humidity, with the temperature increasing rutin content increased first and decreased later, but for humidity this change was contrary; medium temperature and high humidity were beneficial for the increase of rutin content.
