摘要
生产发展是社会主义新农村建设的基本前提,是社会主义新农村建设的主要途径。以中部典型欠发达地区的黄冈市为例,深入阐述其生产发展的现状,剖析原因,并对此提出若干对策措施,为中部其他欠发达地区提供参考。
Production development is the basic precondition and main approach of new country construction. This article, taking Huanggang city as an example, discussed the present situation, reasons and countermeasures of production development in the undeveloped areas of central China in order to offer references for other areas.
