知识型企业发展与员工成长的组织创新实践

摘要 电力试验研究院具有明显的知识型企业特征,而其原有的企业性质和市场环境使其缺乏动力和创新精神。研究院内部相对过剩的知识拥有量、保持知识连续性的紧迫性、提高员工内部知识共享意愿迫使研究院必须积极开展组织创新实践,促进院内知识的有效利用。为此以"知识管理——组织与个人的学习——组织创新"的逻辑框架,展开相应的实践活动。为期4年的实施结果表明,通过组织创新活动,进一步提升了研究院的组织创新能力、组织和个人的学习能力。 An institute has the evident characteristics of the knowledge enterprise. Due to its own cooperation property and market environment, this cooperation is lack of innovating power and spirit. However, its own superfluous knowledge quantity, the pressure of keeping the knowledge consistency and improving the staff's intention of knowledge sharing force the cooperation to carry out the practice of organization innovation actively to promote the effective use of its own knowledge. Based on the frame of "knowledge management-organization learning and personal learning-organizational innovation", the corresponding practices of four years duration were done. The results show that: the cooperation's capability of organizational innovation has been successfully promoted due to the practice above.
