摘要
采用微波消解.石墨炉原子吸收光谱法测定还原染料中锡含量,以磷酸二氢铵和抗坏血酸为混合基体改进剂,提高灰化温度至900℃,消除了基体干扰,不需扣除背景,即可用于还原染料中锡含量的测定。该方法的检出限0.59μg/L,回收率94%-105%,标准曲线在0-72μg/L范围内特征浓度为0.94~1.12μg/L。
Microwave digestion-graphite furnace atomic absorption spectrometry (GFAAS) was used to determine stannum (Sn) content in vat dyes. Determination of Sn could be carried out without background correction by taking ammonium biphosphate and ascorbic acid as matrix modifiers and raising ashing temperature to 900 ℃ to eliminate matrix interference. Determination limitation of this method was 0.59 μg/L, recovery rate was 94% -105 %, linear range was 0 - 72 μg/L, and characteristic concentration was 0.94 - 1.12 μg/L.
