摘要
结合山西化肥厂生产情况简述酸不溶物的特性，分析矿物原料中酸不溶物对高浓度复合型磷肥的生产过程、设备及产品质量产生影响的原因，列出前期工作中比较理想的改进措施，并对更好地解决酸不溶物的影响问题提出建议。
Combining the production situation in Shanxi Chemical Fertilizer Plant,this paper briefly presents the special property of acid insolubles and analyses the reasons for its influence on the high concentration nitrophosphate production the equipment and product quality lists the relatively betler improvement measures and puts forward proposals for overcoming the influence of acid insolubles
