摘要
建立Ｓ２００型氨合成塔催化剂床层的数学模型，进行目前工艺条件下的反应器模拟计算，并分析１１５％负荷下氨合成塔适宜的操作条件，及此条件下出口气体温度和氨浓度。
The paper establishes a mathematical model of the catalyst bed in S200 ammonia synthesis converter,performs simulating calculation based on the present process conditions,and analyzes the suitable operating conditions at the load of 115% as well as the gas temperature and NH3 concentration at the exit of the converter
