摘要
新概念氨工艺流程(LCA与KRES)取消了建设费用高昂的传统直热式一段炉及其废热回收设施,二段炉废热回收系统由转化换热器代替。新工艺特点是:工艺流程短,设备结构简单,易于操作与维修,能量利用率高,工艺排放物少等。新建厂采用新工艺,其投资将明显降低,但若借以改造旧装置,则应具备良好的界外供汽条件并考虑高投入与低产出。
In new concept ammonia processes(both LCA and KRES)the expensive conventional fired primary reformer and its waste heat recovery facillities are canceled and the second reformer heat recovery facilities are replaced by a reforming heat exchangerThe new concept ammonia processes have the following featuress short process flow,simple eguipment construction,easy to operate,to control and to maintain,maximum energy efficiency and minimum process emission impact,etcThe lower capital cost shall be gained if this new process flow is used by a grassroot plantHowever,the conditions of steam supply outside plant fence and the status of low yield,high capital cost must be considered,if it is used to retrofit the existing ammonia plants
