摘要
无速度传感器感应电机具有价格低和高可靠性等优点,为取代有速度编码传感器,提出了一种基于TMS320LF2812 DSP的无位置传感器异步电机矢量控制系统。介绍了矢量控制的基本方程,并根据这些方程建立模型参考自适应系统(MRAS)来估计转子磁链,最后通过Matlab/Simulink仿真与基于DSP的无速度传感器异步电动机矢量控制实验进行对比分析,验证了该仿真和实际电机控制系统的调试都具有足够辨识精度,高动静态性能和高控制效果。
Speed sensorless induction motor have the advantages of low cost and high reliability. To replace the sensor, position sensorless asynchronous motor vector control system based on TMS320LF2812 DSP had proposed. The paper presented the basic equation of the vector control, due to the equation, builts the model referrence adaptive systerm for estimating the rotor flux link. Finally, comparing the resuits between Matlab/Simulink simulation and the experimentation of the sensorless asynchronous motor vector control based on DSP, and the results verify the simulation and the practical motor contro system experimentation both have satisfactory identification precision, excellent dynamic and static perfomances, and also have high control effect.
