摘要
在变频调速电机的应用中,电源中的高次谐波电流将引起集肤效应,使转子导条电阻及铜损耗增加,这是造成电机效率降低的根本原因,因此必须针对逆变器供电的特殊性设计异步电机。在对国外提出的一种带U形铁心桥的转子槽进行分析的基础上得出确定其尺寸的表达式,并通过电磁场有限元分析来验证,结果表明,这种转子槽能极大降低转子谐波电流、转子谐波损耗。最后,总结出转子槽尺寸与转子导条谐波损耗之间的变化规律,对以后设计该种转子槽具有指导意义。
In the application of variable frequency speed motor regulation, the high frequency harmonics of the variable frequency source generate skin effect. So that, rotor resistance and copper loss will increased, it is the important reason that makes the motor efficiency reduced, need redesign induction motor to accommodate itself to inverter source. In this paper, a kind of rotor slot comprising a U-shaped steel bridge was discussed, its geometry dimension was determined and confirmed via finite element methods, in the end, summarized the relationship of rotor slot geometry dimension and rotor harmonics loss, this conclusion plays an important role on designing this kind of rotor slot.
