摘要 为提高舵机系统可靠性,减小系统体积和重量,本文介绍了基于DSP和CPLD的双余度舵机控制系统。该系统选用双余度稀土永磁无刷直流电动机作为舵机本体,对硬件结构进行双余度设计,采用分段PID控制方法,充分考虑双余度电流均衡和系统故障处理,完成了对双余度舵机转动的精确控制,实现了舵面精确偏转。实验结果表明该系统响应速度快、跟踪效果好。 In order to improve the reliability and reduce the size and weight of the actuator system, introduced dual-redundancy actuator control system based on DSP and CPLD. In the system, dual-redundancy rare earth permanent magnet brushless DC motor was used as the actuator. By designing the structure of the hardware circuits to be dual-redundant, using sub-PID control methods and giving full consideration to the current balance of two redundancies and system failure treatment, the system can control the rotation of the dual-redundancy actuator accurately and achieve precision rotation of the surface. The experimental results show that the system responses rapidly and exactly.
