摘要
【目的】检验心理保健操对缓解小学生认知负荷的作用,为实际应用提供参考依据。【方法】在安徽省某小学取样254人。实验采用不等组前测后测准实验设计,在现实情境下,实验组每天做心理保健操持续一个月,对照组正常活动,实验后比较两组不同年级被试认知负荷的变化。【结果】实验处理主效应显著,年级主效应显著,实验处理与年级的交互作用不显著,表明实验组认知负荷降低的程度在各年级上均显著大于对照组(P<0.01)。【结论】心理保健操对缓解不同年级小学生的认知负荷具有一定积极作用。
[Objective] To validate the effectiveness of mental health-protection exercise for reducing pupils' cognitive load. [Methods] 254 pupils was randened chosen from elementary school in Anhui Province. In the practical situation, using unequal groups' pretest-posttest design: the experimental groupdid the exercise everyday for a month while the control group act as usual. The effectiveness of experimental treatment was tested by analyzing the difference of the scores of coding testing between experimental group and control group, and consider the grade factor. [Results] The differences in experimental effect and age effect was significant, and the interaction of experimental and age was insignificant. The cognitive load level of each grade was lower in experimental group than in control group (P〈0.01). [Conclusion] Mental health-protection exercise can effectively reduce different grade pupils' cognitive load.
