摘要 针对目前钢绳芯输送带在性能指标检测系统方面存在的缺点,研制了基于AVR高性能单片机的钢绳芯输送带无损监测系统。采用上、下位机进行通信的结构,既提高了检测数据的可靠性,又提高了数据处理的效率。该系统在实际应用过程中,取得了良好的控制效果。 Aiming at the disadvantage existing in the performance testing system of steel rope conveying belt, develops a non-destructive monitoring device for conveying belt based on high-performance AVR Single Chip Microcomputer. It improves not only the reliability of testing data but also the efficiency of processing data to adopt the communicate structure between upper computer and lower compute. The system in practical application has achieved a good control effect.
