The technical level of air force logistics convalescence is directly related to the convalescent quality and consolidation and enhancement of the army＇s combat effectiveness. This paper discusse the improvenent of construction of the aircrew convalescent technology in aeromedicine center fi：om three aspects, such as strengthening technology infi＇astructure based on the functional requirement, strengthening construction of technology disciplines based on aircrew demand and strengthening construction of equipment, talent and academic research based on development requirement.
