摘要
藕节形切弧连接耐压壳体是大深度潜水器耐压壳体的一种新型结构形式。文章采用有限元方法,针对缺陷幅值半径比在0.05%~0.5%之间、厚度半径比在5%~9%之间、球壳间距半径比在1.9~2.7之间、连接角在40°~65°之间的三藕节切弧连接耐压壳体,进行了强度和稳定性分析;采用最小二乘法进行公式拟合,提出三藕节切弧连接耐压壳体非线性强度公式和稳定性公式,为藕节形大深度潜水器耐压壳体的结构设计提供依据。
Multiple intersecting spheres of tangent arc connective pressure hull is a new structural style of great deep-submerged pressure hull. Considering the effect of material nonlinearity and initial deflection, the strength and stability of a series of three intersecting spheres of tangent arc connective pressure hulls with fR in 0.05%-0.5%, tR in 5%-9%, LR in 1.9-2.7, 0 in 40°-65° were studied by finite-element method. Additionally, using least-squares procedure, the formulas of nonlinear strength and stability for three intersecting spheres of tangent arc connective pressure hull were proposed.These formulas can provide reference for the structural design of this new structural style of pressure hull.
