高等教育大众化阶段教育教学质量管理的策略

On the Strategies of Quality Management of Education and Instruction in the Mass Higher Education

高等教育大众化阶段高校的教育教学质量问题已成为当代高等教育的重大理论与实践问题。本文结合华东交通大学教学质量保证与管理体系的构建,阐述大众化阶段高校应树立特色化、多样化、发展性与整体性的新型的教育教学质量管理理念,立足高校实际、合理定位,建立全面质量管理理念,坚持以人为本,构建统一的质量标准系统、全面的教学质量管理体系和高校内部的教学质量监控和评估体系。

The quality of education and instruction has become a major theoretical and practical issue in today＇s mass higher education. Based on the construction of the system of teaching quality assurance and management in East China Jiaotong University, this paper concludes that universities should develop a new notion of quality management of education and instruction to keep the management distinctive, diverse, developing and integrated. Meanwhile, it points out that universities should base their management on the conditions of their own, conceive a reasonable orientation of their goals, cultivate a notion of comprehensive quality management and implement human-oriented ideology in constructing a unified quality standard system, a comprehensive teaching quality management system, and an internal teaching quality supervision and evaluation system.
