A2 year old male child was admitted with history of accidental pouring by boiling water all over the body resulting in 51%surface area burns involving the pos-terior and lateral thoracic region,both the upper limbs in the proximal regions near the shoulder,anterior and posterior abdomen and pubic region with second andthird degree severe burns.
