麻醉学专业临床实践教学质量的保障与评价

Assurance and Evaluation in Clinical Practice and Teaching Quality of Anesthesiology

麻醉学专业临床实践教学是培养麻醉学人才的重要环节。在当前扩招情势下,诸多因素影响学生临床实践质量。笔者结合徐州医学院麻醉学专业临床实习教学与管理的实际情况,初步探讨提高麻醉学实践教学质量措施,对麻醉学专业临床实践教学质量的保障与评价有一定的指导意义。

The teaching of clinical practice plays an important role in anestlaeslology education, There exist a lot of factors that affect the quality of clinical practice in current expanding enrollment situation. Combining with the actual situation in the teaching of clinical practice and management the author preliminarily discussed the following questions： how to of anesthesiology in Xuzhou Medical College, strengthen educational reform and adjust the teaching model; how to develop faculties and curriculums; how to explore the practice assessment and establish the control and feedback system; how to formulate strict work program of clinical attachment and establish the quality evaluation and feedback system in those teaching hospitals. This study may play guiding role in the assurance and evaluation in clinical practice and teaching quality of anesthesiology.
