医学院校《卫生法学》教材建设研究

Teaching Materials Research on Science of Heath Law in Medical University

我国现行的《卫生法学》教材,无论从理论构建体系、内容选择和适用对象上,都存在着一定的缺陷。《卫生法学》教材应根据医学院校学生的专业培养目标和今后职业需要,在理论内容的选择、体系的构建和名称的使用上都需要重新加以考虑。

There are certain deficiencies on current teaching materials of Science of Heath Law in terms of theory-building system, content selection and application object. In author＇s opinion, teaching material of Science of Heath Law should be reconsidered in terms of theoretical content, system construction and the use of the name according to the professional training objectives and future career needs of medical college students.
