在现今的教育体制下,高校普遍存在学习困难的学生。这些学习困难的学生,如果不能从自己的学习困境中自拔,就会因为学业上不能达到高等教育的要求而出现留级的现象。这些留级学生和其他学生无论从心态上还是行为上都有很大的差异,需要学生管理人员认真地做好这部分学生的工作,使他们能顺利地完成学业。

In the current education system, college students with learning difficulties are widespread.
