高校辅导员工作的视角和维度探析

On Perspective and Dimension of Tutor's Work

针对当前高校辅导员工作的现状,从辅导员工作目的、工作内容、工作方法、工作成效、工作氛围等多视角和多维度科学分析辅导员工作的特点,为提高大学生综合素质、使之成为适应社会发展及现代化建设需要的建设者和接班人而创造条件,具有一定的现实意义。

As for the current status of tutors, this paper scientifically analyzed the characteristics of tutors＇ work from the purpose, content, methods, effectiveness and atmosphere in order to create conditions to improve the college students comprehensive quality and help them become the builders and successors who are better adapted to the so- cial development and modernized construction.
