高校的中心工作是学生工作,辅导员是学生工作的骨干力量。在思想政治教育工作过程中,特困生这个特殊群体更值得辅导员们认真对待。提高特困生的思想政治素质和行为修养,必须更好地发挥辅导员在特困生思想政治教育中的作用。

At present, student work is the center of college work, and the tutor is main strength. For tutors, the group of Poor-economy students needs more attention. This paper proposed some suggestions on how to improve Poor-economy students＇ ideological and political quality and behavior culture by tutor＇s work.
